Refund policy

Plain English first, fine print second. This page is the whole policy; there is no other version with different rules.

Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime, in one click, from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. We don't pro-rate cancellations or refund partial months.

If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact support within 7 days of the charge for a full refund.

Pausing instead

Going on a long trip, or just need a break? You can pause your subscription for one to three months instead of cancelling. Your charts and history stay where they are, and you stop being charged until the pause ends.

PDF reports

If a PDF report you purchased never successfully generates, you get a full refund — no questions. Once a report has been generated and delivered, it isn't refundable, which is the standard for digital goods. That said: if the report was generated but you believe the chart is incorrect due to an error on our end, contact support within 14 days for a free regeneration or a refund.

EU and UK cooling-off rights

If you're in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital subscriptions. At checkout we ask whether you want immediate access; choosing immediate access waives the withdrawal right, as the law provides. If you don't waive it, you can withdraw within 14 days for a full refund.
