Davison chart
Where a midpoint composite averages planetary positions, the Davison method averages the birth data itself — a moment halfway between two birth times, a place halfway between two birthplaces — and casts a real chart for that synthetic birth.
Davison charts have devoted fans, but the midpoint composite is the established standard for relationship astrology, and Davison's halfway-point logic gets strained with more than two people scattered across continents. Lovecartography uses the midpoint method.
